About The Magnolia Mums

The Magnolia Mums has been created by Jene Preston and Amber Fellner.  Amber Fellner is running the Magnolia Mums at this time. Amber is from El Dorado County and has been in Plumas County for 14 years.  I have worked in the floral industry for 15 + years. I enjoy growing flowers to use in the shop during the summer months. Wreaths are a specialty piece that I enjoy providing for each season.
